e-Posters – Viewing, Presentations and Oral Communications
Please note that registration for e-Poster and oral presenters is now closed. Abstract submissions for non-registered presenters will be removed from the programme.
Presenters are given the option to record their presentation of 3 minutes in an MP3 format and upload their e-Poster which may accompany a recording. Instruction on preparing your e-Poster and audio recording, MP3, below.

Presenters are requested to prepare a PowerPoint presentation of 3-4 slides and self-record their presentation of 8 minutes in a MP4 format. Please read Instructions on how to record your presentation HERE.
Instructions for the Preparation of e-Posters
Deadline: 25 June 2020
Presenters of e-Posters who have registered will receive a dedicated link to upload their e-Posters by email.
Please submit your e-Poster as 1-page in portrait orientation. You may use a template that can be downloaded here.
- Language: All e-Posters should be prepared in English.
- File format: .ppt or .pptx
- e-Poster size in pixel: 1080 width x 1536 height – portrait orientation
- e-Poster size in cm: 38,1 width x 54,2 height – portrait orientation
- Font size: ≥16
Hyperlinks, animated images and animations are not permitted for e-Posters and will be non-functioning.
e-Poster abstracts will be available in the virtual platform at all times for the participants during the congress and in an online archive for one year following the congress. Viewers will be able to easily find and browse e-Posters and download the posters in PDF format when permitted by the presenter.
